POP Experiential (POP | X) today announced the full-time engagement of experiential event professional, Chelsey Brei, as the Head of Client Happiness. Chelsey has a decade of experience with highlighted successes in product launch, large-scale conferences and exhibitions, customer relations, and digital content creation. She is most excited about bringing creative visions to life and has a proven track record of managing complex projects to meet strict customer deadlines, while maintaining respectable client relations. Chelsey leads her teams with enthusiasm and energy to exceed expectations in everything they do.

Chelsey joins the POP | X team of top talent across a variety of event and experiential disciplines; the team produced numerous strategic engagements in a little over a year for clients including BMC Software, Dell, Magnite, Lattice Semiconductor, and Penn Medicine.
