At POP Experiential, we believe that the most impactful experiences are born from the willingness to evolve, to adapt, and to innovate. Just as the leaves turn to reveal their rich hues, so too do we turn our focus to the future, exploring new ways to captivate, inspire, and connect.
This season is not merely about ushering in cooler weather; it's about welcoming the endless possibilities that come with it. It’s a time to refine our craft, to embrace emerging trends, and to challenge ourselves to think beyond the conventional. In this edition, we invite you to join us on a journey of transformation, where creativity meets strategy, and where every detail is meticulously designed to leave a lasting impression.
Welcome to the October edition—where change isn't just inevitable; it's an opportunity to create something extraordinary. Together, we'll turn the page on a new season filled with inspiration and growth. |

Protect AI @ Black Hat USA 2024 |
 |
Protect AI is committed to building a safer AI-powered world by empowering a community of AI focused security researchers, finding unique exploits in ML models, and providing tools to reduce risk inherent in AI development. MLSecOps puts security at the heart of AI/ML design, enabling AI developers and ML engineers to continue rapidly innovating while protecting against unique ML vulnerabilities. Showcasing its technology and prowess at RSA and then Black Hat, its objective was to establish Protect AI as the penultimate leader in the space and to allow customers and prospects to dive deep into products and solutions in a hands-on, tech-first, and truly immersive way.
POP | X partnered with Alex Bush, Protect AI’s Head of Marketing, to design and build a dynamic and unique environment reflective of the forward nature of the brand and that was flexible enough to accommodate its bold and energetic company acquisitions as the show grew close. A combination of hacking, training, community environments, and access to key technologists was housed within a cutting-edge brand environment. |

IMEX is almost here and we know that the hustle and bustle of the Strip can be exhilarating, but sometimes, well, you need a break from the crowds to recharge and explore something different. That’s why we’re excited to share our favorite hidden gems in Las Vegas—spots that locals love but often fly under the radar for visitors. Whether you’re looking to escape for a quiet meal, discover unique attractions, or simply experience the city from a new perspective, these recommendations offer the perfect getaway from the IMEX whirlwind.
Enjoy a taste of the real Vegas, where the vibe is just as lively, but the pace is refreshingly different.
Esther’s Kitchen: Located in the Arts District, Esther’s Kitchen is where locals go for rustic Italian comfort food with a contemporary twist. The sourdough bread alone is worth the visit TBH…
The Black Sheep: The Black Sheep is a hidden gem in the southwest part of the city, known for its innovative takes on Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist, offering a culinary experience that’s both comforting and adventurous.
Sparrow & Wolf: Located in Chinatown, Sparrow + Wolf offers both a dinner menu and libation menu that are as diverse as Las Vegas itself. Chef Brian Howard uses the highest-quality meats, locally sourced produce, homemade breads, and seasonal and sustainable ingredients, making it a true culinary playground for those who love bold, inventive flavors.
Honey Salt: A farm-to-table restaurant with a focus on fresh and locally sourced ingredients, Honey Salt is a local favorite for casual dining, offering a menu that feels like home-cooked comfort food with a gourmet twist. Its chef-driven, seasonal menus are crafted around a core of opening-day staples, accentuated with a thoughtful variety of creative dishes that evolve with the seasons.
La Strega: This chic, modern Italian restaurant blends the charm of a neighborhood eatery with the sophistication of a high-end dining experience. The atmosphere is both lively and intimate, perfect for those looking to enjoy a taste of Italy while tucked away in Summerlin. The outdoor patio is (not surprisingly) a local favorite for a relaxing evening under the stars.
Echo & Rig: Echo & Rig reimagines the classic steakhouse vibe through a new lens, featuring an open kitchen and a modern, energetic dining experience. They source the best-quality beef & ingredients from across the globe . With its in-house butcher shop, guests can select their favorite cuts directly from the butcher before enjoying a meal in the restaurant.
Herbs & Rye: A retro, Prohibition-era cocktail bar and steakhouse with vintage-inspired décor, innovative cocktails and an impressive prime cuts and seafood, making it both a culinary and cocktail destination.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar: Known for its cozy, mountain lodge-inspired décor, Lazy Dog's menu keeps things interesting while staying true to classic American flavors. Our favorite part? The dog-friendly patio -- because a meal that feels like home is not complete without a furry friend.
(P.S. We’ll be attending IMEX! If you’re going to be there, reach out and let’s meet up!) |
