Protect AI tasked our agency with designing and producing a show-stopping 20’x20’ exhibit footprint to debut their brand at RSA and Black Hat conferences.

The goal was to launch Protect AI’s new brand assets to the world, attract new clients, engage potential talent, and showcase their products through interactive demo stations. The exhibit was designed to travel to multiple conferences, requiring a balance of sustainability, durability, and high-end aesthetics.

Objective

Our creative process began with an in-depth exploration of ProtectAI’s brand identity and goals.

Through multiple design iterations, we developed concepts that fused bold visuals with functionality. The design emphasized Protect AI’s cutting-edge innovation with sleek, modular elements and a modern aesthetic, while incorporating sustainable materials to align with environmentally conscious practices. The layout was optimized to include multiple demo stations, providing conference attendees with hands-on experiences that showcased ProtectAI’s products. Every element of the design was built to captivate and inform, driving engagement while ensuring seamless adaptability for future events.

Once the design was finalized, our team transitioned into production, fabricating the exhibit with precision and high-quality materials.

Over the course of a year, we brought the vision to life, coordinating every detail from construction to installation. The exhibit debuted at RSA and Black Hat, where we activated it from an experiential standpoint, ensuring the space was vibrant, inviting, and fully functional for ProtectAI’s needs. The result was a striking brand presence that generated hundreds of qualified leads, elevated ProtectAI’s visibility in the market, and successfully introduced their new identity to the world.
